- All orders are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.
- For customized orders, full payment is required in advance.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (e.g., size, color, design) when placing orders.
3. Customization
- Personalized items require a minimum of 5 days for preparation.
- Customized products (e.g., embroidered shoes or bags) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customers must approve design details (e.g., images, text, colors) during the order confirmation process. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
4. Payment
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or cash on delivery (COD, if applicable).
- For COD orders, a deposit may be required for high-value or custom orders.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.
- Sewista Souls is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Customers must report missing or damaged deliveries within 24 hours of receiving the product.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for non-customized products and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
7. Handmade Products
- As all products are handmade, slight variations may occur in design, color, or stitching. These variations are a natural part of the crafting process and add to the uniqueness of each product.
- We ensure there is no compromise on quality, and every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

- Sewista Souls is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
