Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!
We understand the effort and creativity that goes into customizing your special items, whether it’s a personalized embroidered bag or custom-designed Converse shoes.
As these items are uniquely crafted just for you, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on customized products.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to address any issues.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., embroidered with customer-provided designs or initials) are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product sent).
Return Process

- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
